Elise Vine

Elise Vine has been the director of Pathway to Wealth since April 2008 and has been investing in property since 2002. She took over the company from renowned property investor Matthew Faid and continues to inspire others to achieve their Pathway to Wealth using proven tools, systems and teams to deliver results.

Elise is a successful entrepreneur and property investor herself and has a wealth of experience to help you achieve your goals. She has been a Property Coach since 2003, working with a range of people at all stages of their investing and wealth journey.

Doing a mix of buy and hold, developments and trades in combination with adding value through renovations Elise walks the talk when it comes to Property Investing.

As seen in the NZ Property Investor Magazine in May 2009, Elise also works with her brother Mike in Rental Renovators Limited. Rental Renovators Limited is a one stop shop for Investors, one phone call gives you access to all the trades you need to complete any works on a property from minor maintenance through to major renovations. Painters, builders, plumbers, electricians, draftsmen are a few of the trades that the team have on board or sub contract in to support Investors and home owners with their properties.
